How long will it take to ship my order?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout, and all orders over $35 ship free.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $35. For smaller orders, a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.90 is applied at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.
Can I return or exchange a product?
It is our goal for customers to be completely satisfied with their spice purchases.
We are happy to accept a return for a refund within 30 days, provided the packaging remains intact and sealed, without signs of tampering.

Are your spices 100% natural?
Yes. Our spices are sourced from trusted suppliers and contain no artificial flavors, preservatives, or additives.
How should I store my spices?
Spices should be stored in airtight containers. Our jars and bags are good if they are properly stored. Air, heat, and light are the enemies of fresh spices. A dark cabinet or drawer will do. The worst place to keep your spices is above the stove because heat from the oven will destroy essential oils in the spices.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We’re working on expanding international shipping soon!
Are your blends gluten-free and vegan?
Most of our blends are naturally gluten-free and vegan. Please check each product page for detailed ingredient information.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
