Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.  Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
